Founded by members of Heretoir, Munich's Thränenkind have made a name in the last couple of years with their own distinct sound that fuses black metal, postrock and bits of hardcore together with a vegan straight edge lifestyle. having released their album "the elk" on famous german label lifeforce records (heaven shall burn, deadlock, between the buried & me etc.) they have been playing shows all over germany both to hardcore and metal crowds.

Putting their name on the map with their self titled tape on Alcoves Records last year, Berlin/Ulm based 2-piecr AST perfects this line up with their mix of technical post hardcore and black metal. these will be one of their first shows.

Download comes with 'The Persecuting Society' and 'This Septic Isle' bonus tracks.
